Yesterday I wrapped up a 29 year career with the Kamloops YMCA-YWCA, a lifetime of learning, growing, stretching myself, giving and receiving.  I am so grateful for how this organization and the people who are part of it have shaped my life. I will miss regularly seeing the colleagues I have worked beside but I know we are not far from one another.  Despite all the fullness I experienced there it is time to follow my heart and soul.

in the dense forest

falls into your own cupped hands

The last 4 four years I have been sitting in a clearing in the dense forest of my life waiting patiently.  As I found the stillness I desperately wanted my hands were filled with the song of my life. It’s beautiful. And now I want, actually it goes beyond that, I need to share it with you, each and everyone of you.

I started Wild River Soul Coaching in March and since then I have become clearer on what my soul wants to share. I realize how much of my life experiences are threaded into this, the work with the Y, work I do with Wild Church BC, being a mom and partner, daughter and sister, friend and mentor. That’s why this is the time the song of my life has come to me. What I need to share are the parts that make me excited, joyful, grateful and aligned.

I am offering individual and group coaching focusing on helping women find what is next when they have discovered a longing for something more but they don’t know what or how to find it.

I am gifted in creating space for you to explore, guiding you on imaginal journeys to find a different way to speak with your own soul and unconscious, helping you see your ego in a new way. I know this experienced is amplified by connecting with the natural world so I invite you to step into land based spiritual practices. Then I invite you to reflect all of those experiences through creative expression.  It is a magical experience.
