And now we birth ourselves...

You are not ending.
You are becoming.

Transforming in the Midlife Transition

Midlife is not a crisis.

It is a reclamation.

There comes a moment in midlife when the life once built no longer feels like the whole story.

Something begins to stir.
Questions arise.
Anger, longing, creativity, and truth begin asking for space.

For many women, this awakening arrives during perimenopause or menopause—not simply as physical change, but as a profound inner threshold.

This circle is for that moment.

A space to speak honestly, listen deeply, and explore who you are becoming now.

This eight week virtual group is for women at any point in the midlife transition, in perimenopause or post menopause, who want a community to travel with through this catalyst time.

Is This Circle For You?

This circle may be for you if something in midlife has begun to shift.

Perhaps you notice that the roles and expectations that once shaped life no longer fit as comfortably as they once did. Something deeper is asking for attention.

You may recognize yourself in some of these experiences:

• Feeling anger, grief, or restlessness that seems to come from somewhere deeper than daily life
• Sensing that an old identity is loosening, but the next chapter is not yet fully clear
• Longing for space to explore creativity, truth, and the parts of yourself that have waited patiently for years
• Questioning cultural messages about aging and wondering what midlife actually means for you
• Feeling drawn toward deeper self-knowledge, ritual, and inner listening
• Wanting companionship with other women who are also navigating this powerful life transition

You do not need to have answers.

Only a willingness to listen to what is awakening within you.

This circle offers a supportive space to explore the transformation of midlife through conversation, expressive arts, movement, inner journeys, and ritual.

Together we will listen for the life that is asking to emerge now.

If this speaks to something
stirring in you, you are warmly invited to join us.

Together we will be:

  • Exploring themes of anger, beauty, power, creativity & more

  • Deconstructing cultural narratives : Releasing what was & what is no longer wanted

  • Resourcing yourself: Finding inner voices & landscapes

  • Reclaiming yourself: Moving from nostalgia to genuine longing

  • Shifting from self sacrifice into belonging to yourself

  • Creating your own Crone doll to journey with as you continue in this transformative transition

  • You need to be able to access Zoom and have some basic supplies:

    • a journal

    • coloured pencils or pens (paints too if you have them)

    • collage materials are good to have but optional. These supplies include glue, scissors, magazines or images

Outside of these simple supplies you need openness and curiosity - these will serve you well on this journey.

  • Everyone is creative and each of us lives with an inner critic who has told us stories of what we are capable of for many years. This is a safe place to explore some of creative ways of being in the world.

We will journey inward through writing, expressive arts, movement and guided inner work. Each participant will also create a Crone Doll to accompany the continuing unfolding of this life passage. Even if some of these sound like an edge for you, this is a time of transition where you can discover surprising things about yourself.

  • No we will have a community on Mighty Networks called Intimate with the Moon and Soil. All the resources and the community conversations will be in a private area of this space. We wanted to have a community that does not have all the politics and cultural noise that social media has.

  • We will be recording the sessions and posting them in our Mighty Networks Community Intimate With the Moon and Soil. We do recommend that you attend all the sessions as there is something magical that happens when we gather together .
